FOR EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS PORTAL. PLEASE CALL 612-843-2988. EXAMPLES OF MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES INCLUDE: LEAKING OR FLOWING WATER; SEWER OR DRAIN BLOCKAGE; MECHANICAL FAILURE OF LOCKS OR KEYS; COMPLETE LOSS OF HEAT.
Most non-emergency requests for maintenance service will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, unless additional follow up is needed. Please remember that your request for service is also your notification that we will enter your apartment within that time to complete your request. If you make a specific written request for further scheduling or notification of your service we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you, but it may not be possible.
