Cats:
- $25 per month rent per cat
- $100 non-refundable fee
- 2 maximum per unit
Dogs:
- $45 per month rent per dog
- $200 non-refundable fee
- 2 maximum per unit
The maximum total number of pets permitted in an apartment is TWO. Before keeping pets on the premises, Residents must obtain the consent of management and sign a Pet Addendum to the lease agreement. Management will not give its consent for rodent pets such as mice, ferrets, or rats to be kept on the premises.
